Ruby Tuesday's Izumi Tsunehiro.

Ruby Tuesday was a Japanese music production group comprised of anime veteran Izumi Tsunehiro and Miyabe Hikari. It was used to be a three-person unit, before the passing of one of its member Inoue Kazuyoshi due to traffic accident. Izumi Tsunehiro is well known for producing songs for various classic animes like Cat's Eye, Urusei Yatsura, Kimagure Orange Road, Maison Ikkoku, and many others.

As a group, Ruby Tuesday have contributed to the earliest rhythm games such as EZ2DJ on 1999. Their first appearance in DJMAX is on DJMAX Portable 2 until DJMAX Metro Project. Ruby Tuesday's song has a heavy emphasis on female vocals and pop music. It is also notable that most Ruby Tuesday songs are newbie friendly, with easy to play characteristics and low level patterns.

According to Rocky Studio, DJMAX RESPECT developer team, they tried to contact Ruby Tuesday to commission a new song, but they found out the group has been dissolved.
