Tiv is a Japanese-based South Korean female illustrator and manga artist. Born in Seoul, she is a graduate of Korean University.

Since 2005, Tiv has started her career as a freelance illustrator, lending her talent to various video games such as Ragnarok Online and DJMAX. Beginning in 2007, Tiv released her first manhwa/manga title, Annyeong! -We Are Peanuts-. Perhaps her most popular manga title is Masamune-kun no Revenge, written by Takeoka Hazuki in 2012 and concluded in 2018, which spawned various products like novel and anime.

In 2010, Tiv moved from South Korea to Japan and now resides in Saitama.

Tiv's drawing style varied through years. In the beginning her style seem a lot cartoony compared to her recent works. Over time, her art tends to copy manga character design before finally embracing the style. Despite the drastic change, Tiv's signature trademark still remains, which is the wide eyes and her penchant of expressing the character's cuteness from their face expression.

Outside of DJMAX, Tiv has worked on these following titles.
